For Melancholy Brunettes (& Unhappy Girls) is out March 21 by way of Lifeless Oceans. It marks Japanese Breakfast’s follow-up to the 2021 LP Jubilee. The brand new document consists of lead single “Orlando in Love,” which arrived with a romantic, painterly visible. Zauner, joined by a small orchestra, carried out the music on The Tonight Present Starring Jimmy Fallon earlier this month. Japanese Breakfast will tour behind For Melancholy Brunettes beginning in April.
